• Booking — selected bike, dates, pickup location, rider age.
• Technical data — IP address, browser, visited pages (server logs).

02Purpose of processing

• Process your rental request and follow up with you.
• Improve our service and the site's security.
• Meet our legal obligations (tax, accounting).

03Retention

Bookings are kept for 5 years for legal and tax reasons. Contact messages are kept for 2 years. After that, permanent deletion.

04Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 and the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability over your data.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@bestrentmotos.com. Reply within 30 days maximum.
