01Rental conditions

• Minimum age — 21 for most models.
• Licence — held for 1+ year for 125 cc, A licence required for larger engines.
• Deposit — cash or card pre-authorisation depending on the model.
• Safety — helmet provided free of charge, mandatory to wear.

02Bookings & pricing

The booking is confirmed after exchanging with our team (email or WhatsApp). The displayed rate is indicative: the final total depends on duration, options and season.

03Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 h before pickup. Beyond that, fees may apply depending on the remaining duration.

04Liability

The renter is responsible for the bike for the entire rental duration. Basic insurance is included; additional coverage is available at booking.

05Disputes

Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Marrakech, Moroccan law applicable.
